3. Eligibility

Where products are purchased for a child or minor dancer, the order should be placed and supervised by a parent or legal guardian.

Customers must provide accurate information and must not use another person’s identity or payment method without authorization.

4. Products

We offer dancewear, dance shoes, shirts, uniforms, and related products.

We make reasonable efforts to display descriptions, measurements, materials, colours, sizes, and photographs accurately. However:

• Colours may differ because of screen settings and lighting;

• Measurements may vary within reasonable tolerances;

• Fit may differ between styles;

• Packaging may change without materially affecting the product; and

• Product availability may change.

These qualifications do not permit us to provide goods that materially fail to conform to the contract.

5. Sizing and Fit

Dancewear and dance shoes may fit differently from ordinary clothing and footwear.

Customers should review:

• Product-specific measurements;

• Manufacturer sizing information;

• Foot length and width guidance;

• Intended fit;

• Material stretch;

• Style of dance; and

• Any product-specific fitting instructions.

A general size label does not guarantee identical fit across every product.

6. Dance Shoes

Dance shoes should be selected according to the intended dance activity, fit requirements, surface, and product description.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, dance shoes are not protective or medical footwear.

Customers should inspect footwear before use and discontinue use if it becomes damaged or unsafe.

We are not responsible for deterioration caused solely by using shoes on unsuitable surfaces, outdoor wear, improper fitting, misuse, unauthorized alteration, or normal wear.

7. Uniforms and Customization

Where embroidery, printing, alteration, personalization, or made-to-measure production is offered, the customer is responsible for checking all supplied names, text, measurements, colours, and instructions before submitting the order.

Customized goods may not be eligible for change-of-mind withdrawal where the applicable legal exception applies.

This does not remove rights where customization does not match the agreed instructions or the product is defective.

8. Prices

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.

Applicable taxes and optional charges will be included or displayed as required by law.

We may change future prices, but a change does not affect an accepted order except where the law permits correction of an obvious error.

9. Orders and Acceptance

Placing a product in the cart does not reserve it.

By activating the final purchase button, the customer submits an offer to purchase the selected products and agrees to pay the displayed total.

A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance, dispatch the order, or otherwise accept it according to the checkout process and applicable law.

We offer free standard shipping on accepted orders.

The estimated total delivery time for standard products is 15 to 20 calendar days from the order date, unless another estimate is displayed before checkout.

Customized products may require additional preparation time where this is clearly disclosed before purchase.

Delivery dates are estimates unless a fixed date is expressly agreed.

12. Returns and Withdrawal

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery under our Return and Refund Policy.

EU consumers generally have a separate 14-day statutory withdrawal right, subject to lawful exceptions.

Personalized products and certain unsealed hygiene-sensitive goods may be excluded where the legal requirements for the relevant exception are satisfied.

Mandatory rights concerning defective goods remain unaffected.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Only one discount code may be used per order;

• Codes cannot be exchanged for cash;

• Codes cannot be applied after checkout;

• Unauthorized resale is prohibited; and

• Promotions apply only during their stated period.

Promotions do not reduce statutory rights.

Customers are responsible for protecting their login credentials and reporting suspected unauthorized access.
